Heating Leak

This heating system was showing no signs of a leak, as you can see with this before photo, the only reason the customer knew there was a leak was due to the boiler losing pressure every day! Their plumber recommend us!!

Once the area was exposed, causing minimal damage, the leak was found on microbore copper pipework. There was other radiators on the ground floor, the leak could have been anywhere but thanks to our methods and equipment we managed to pinpoint another leak and repair it in one visit!!

This customer was losing 1 litre every few seconds due to a failed 32mm brass straight coupler!

The pipe was feeding multiple buildings and run underground at a depth of 1 meter!

It took most the day but we managed to locate the leak in one visit using the methods and equipment we use!!

Just look at that fitting! its missing 10% of the brass!!

This customer didn't even know they had a water leak. They got in contact after having a few contractors out due to rising damp/water damage low level on the walls all around the kitchen!

The hidden leak was found to be on unprotected copper just as it goes into the concrete floor behind a wall! The problem was that the leak was mainly active when the hot water was used due to expansion and contraction on the copper. This leak was located and repaired after other contractors had failed, in one visit!!

Swimming Pool!

This Swimming pool was losing a lot of water, and there was no wonder why!

The pipework feeding the skimmer pots on the right of the pool, had reacted to the chlorine tablets that are put in the skimmer pots by the customer, and over the years it had eaten away at the flexy pipework and totally deformed the entire run!

All the pipework was exposed and replaced using rigid pipe.
